Terms of Sale

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by means of an open sale under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.
