The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 16 January 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted will be decided separately.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 16 January 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may give rise to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's blocked account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, the buyer may be granted an extension for payment of the balance until 27 February 2026. Interest will accrue for the payment period in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The annual rate under section 3(2) is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic bidding feature. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. Ownership of the shares and the deed of sale will be transferred to the buyer only after the sale decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
