The item is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 7 January 2026 and 22 January 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 22 January 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. 

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. 

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 22 January 2026 at 12:00 to the address below.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before placing a bid.

An enforcement appeal concerning the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.
