The device is simple: once the desired felling direction is chosen and the required felling notch is made, the wedge is inserted into the saw kerf and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod turned by the cordless tool pushes the wedge that slides between the stainless steel lamellae forward, opening the kerf and causing the tree to fall in the chosen direction.

The mechanical felling guide produces the force needed to fell trees precisely in the desired direction, easily and without straining the feller. The safety distance must be twice the length of the tree being felled. A single 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
