Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.


Terms of sale:
