Work trips are over, so I'm putting the BMW up for sale.


I've driven it to Gothenburg six times for work, once to Lapland, and it has given no problems.


Inspected 05 November 2025, so almost a year of valid inspection time remaining.


Repair recommendation: front left wishbone (not replaced), and engine oil leak (a little drip from somewhere, has not caused problems), and the centre brake light does not work.


I bought brand new studded tyres for it in November; there are no summer tyres.


All equipment works except the central locking — batteries may be dead etc. Manual key works.


It starts even in severe frost, so the glow plugs are fine.


A big pile of receipts included, e.g. all injectors were repaired within the last few years and a new turbo fitted, etc!


The gearbox doesn't clunk and changes gears smoothly; surprisingly powerful too!


With the best 2.0 diesel engine available for this model, the M47.
