Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the apartment and the companys documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Sellers information The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller declares that they have provided the buyer with all information they know and that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of shares take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed for reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation of €200.
