The deadline for submitting offers ends on 18 January 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment tool. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than the working day before the end of the auction by 12:00 on 16 January 2026.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from transfers of connection agreements.

The property under enforcement is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 18 January 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction has been placed.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment tool. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12:00 on 16 January 2026 at the address below.
