The deadline for submitting offers ends on 25 January 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted offer.

Offers placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer applies. Advance arrangements for submitting a written offer must be made with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12 A, 15140 Lahti) no later than 21 January 2026 at 12:00. Lahti office customer service is open on weekdays 09:00–12:00 in the shared service facilities of the office building.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer made. The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
