The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 08/01/2026 - 01/02/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 01/02/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 29/01/2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized property is sold by private treaty conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 08/01/2026 - 01/02/2026. The sales period ends on 01/02/2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.
