Terms of sale: The property is sold in an online auction on huutokaupat.com during 7 January 2026 – 27 January 2026. The online auction ends on 27 January 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest offer is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest offer.

Offers made in the online auction are immediately binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder must pay the purchase price within the agreed payment term. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale before the scheduled end time or, if necessary, to extend the sale period.

Payment terms: Once an offer has been accepted in the online auction, the buyer must pay a deposit of at least €10,000 to the bailiff on the next business day. Payment details for the transfer will be provided to the buyer separately.

At the buyer's request, payment time for the remaining purchase price may be granted for up to four (4) weeks from the decision to accept the offer. The buyer must pay interest on the full purchase price for the payment period in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is executed.

Other information: The property is seized and is sold by a bailiff's free sale in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and these specific terms of sale.

The buyer may take possession of the property once the full purchase price (including interest for any payment period) has been paid to the bailiff. Transfer of ownership also requires that the sale becomes final. The property's release is also subject to the housing company's possession decision.
