The seized asset will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on huutokaupat.com 12 January 2026 – 26 January 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 26 January 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid recognised as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The objects are sold in an online auction with incremental bids on www.huutokaupat.com from 12 January 2026 – 26 January 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 26 January 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price to the enforcement officer without delay. Failure to pay the offered price may result in buyer liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 23 January 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be received by the Enforcement Authority in writing by 23 January 2026 at 12:00 at the address below;

Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must indicate the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the item in Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to submit the bid.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The buyer must, without delay after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price to the enforcement officer. Accepted payment methods are cash or equivalent means and security. Immediate deposit to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 using reference RF59 3960 0001 5642 59 is also accepted. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer shall pay the transfer tax for the shares of 1.5% directly to the tax authority and provide the enforcement authority with a receipt, upon which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

The item is seized and will be sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.
