Please note in particular:

• Inspection of the lot

  • Review the lot and the information provided before bidding.

  • On-site inspection is recommended. Viewings are arranged by appointment with sufficient notice.

  • The lot is sold as seen, and the seller is not liable for any defects, shortcomings or latent faults.

• Binding nature of the offer

  • Offers are binding; there is no right to exchange or refund.

  • The advertiser states that the information in the listing is, to the best of their knowledge, correct, but the buyer is responsible for verifying the suitability of the information and the lot before bidding.

  • If the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction's end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.

  • If the buyer does not pay the purchase price within the agreed time or the sale is otherwise cancelled due to the buyer, the seller has the right to:

    • Cancel the sale without separate notice, and

    • Resell the lot in another auction or by other means as the seller sees fit, and

    • Charge the buyer a contractual penalty of at least fifty (50) per cent of the purchase price.

    In addition to the contractual penalty, the buyer is liable for any additional costs and any loss incurred by the seller, for example due to resale at a lower price.

• Collection and storage

  • Free storage is provided for 7 days from acceptance of the offer. After that, storage fees are charged according to the price list.

  • Before bidding, the buyer should ensure they can collect the lot within the time limit.

  • When collecting, the buyer must provide their own carriers, packing materials and transport. The advertiser is not obliged to provide equipment for collection.

  • If the buyer fails to collect the lot within the agreed time, the seller may charge storage fees or cancel the sale at the buyer's expense.
