According to section five of the articles, the company's consent is always required to acquire a share. According to section six, the company's existing shareholders have a pre-emption right to the share to be sold if the buyer is not an existing shareholder. In the event of pre-emption, the redemption price is €10,000.


If the company consents to the acquisition and the share is not redeemed, the sold share entitles the owner to enter into a ride-brokering agreement with Taksi Helsinki under the prevailing terms and price list. Taksi Helsinki does not charge a joining fee to participate in the brokerage service if the buyer signs a brokerage service agreement with Taksi Helsinki by 31 March 2026.
