The deadline for submitting offers is 18 January 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

A written purchase offer may also be submitted for the property by 14 January 2026 at 12:00. Detailed instructions are in the sales brochure.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.

Foreclosed property

The foreclosed properties in Pyhäniemi, Hollola are sold in an online auction. The property is sold in an online auction with increment bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 18 January 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the service huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 14 January 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos, Lahden toimipaikka, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the item in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
