The deadline for submitting offers expires on 01/02/2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 28/01/2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any fees related to transfers of connection contracts.

The seized property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 01/02/2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction has been given.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 28/01/2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
