Seized forest and arable property in Uusikaupunki (Nystad), Uusikaupunki

The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 18 December 2025 - 21 January 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 21 January 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functioning. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be delivered no later than 19 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority, Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
