Offers must be submitted by the specified deadline. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Viewing the property
The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records, and with the auction terms. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on any matter that could have been noticed during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of sale

The date and place for signing the contract will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. Any statutory charges arising from the sale are the buyer's responsibility.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
