The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 30 December 2025 to 21 January 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 19 January 2026 at 12:00 to: Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com object number. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
