Inspection of the property
Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and other paperwork, and the auction conditions. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the purchase contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing of the contract. Statutory charges arising from the sale are payable by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A buyer who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
