The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20% of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when the bid is accepted.
