Fiskars Oyj Abp offers for sale a c. 2,300 m² unseparated plot of the property Tamm 710-679-3-36 with buildings, at Kullantie 13b (Kullavägen 13b), 10470 FISKARS.

The property is located about 1.2 km from Fiskars square.

This charming, modern timber house, built in 2015, offers approximately 121 m² of living space arranged as four rooms and an open-plan kitchen. The building is constructed using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) – a sustainable method using mainly renewable materials and built without a plastic vapour barrier.

Natural materials, low energy consumption and excellent living comfort combine in this home. The house has energy class B and is equipped with ground-source heat and waterborne underfloor heating, ensuring even and pleasant indoor temperatures year-round. The plot is part of the Katinsuon / Kattkärr local plan (22 March 2011) and is zoned AO-9 for detached small houses. The scale, façades and roof form of new buildings must be fitted to the protected buildings in the area. Façades should be painted red earth timber cladding.

General planning provisions state: This plan and its provisions are complemented by building instructions that must be followed. The valid building code must also be observed. New buildings’ scale, façades and roof form must suit the built environment. Premises for work that cause no significant disturbance to the surroundings may be built in a dwelling. Outbuildings must match the main house and local traditional outbuildings in scale, colour, materials and façades.

One outbuilding may contain a dwelling. At least 2 parking spaces must be reserved for each detached small house and 1.5 spaces for other dwellings. A yard plan at 1:200 scale must be submitted with a building permit application. Native trees and traditional garden and utility plants are preferred. Unbuilt parts of the plot must be planted or kept in a well-maintained natural condition.

The buyer pays the purchase price at signing. Ownership transfers to the buyer on signing the deed and payment of the purchase price.
