Terms of sale:

·        the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid,

·        the property is sold in the condition and with the equipment in which it is described in the advertisement and at the time of sale; no liability for defects or warranty is given and it is sold "as is"; by submitting an offer the bidder accepts the condition of the property as it is,

·        the buyer has no right of exchange or return,

·        the description in the advertisement is an assessment based on information received by the bankruptcy estate; the buyer must verify the details,

·        the property is sold with its water and electricity connections,

·        the seller is the bankruptcy estate, which will be wound up after the bankruptcy proceedings have concluded,

·        the purchase price does not include value added tax,

·        the bidder undertakes to sign the deed of sale within two weeks of acceptance of the offer,

·        the time and place for signing the deed prepared by the seller will be agreed later, and

·        the purchase price must be paid in full before the signing of the sale.
